I like this design better than a previous product I bought for same purpose. It had a fountain feature, for comparison, and was also solar/battery operated. I like how with this product, the battery stays out of the water. Assembly couldn’t be easier just snap on legs. Nothing has broken on it which I couldn’t say for other product I bought previously. It’s easy to clean off the little pads that can get a little slimy in the water. It works well. I don’t love the aesthetic of plastic housing but it serves a necessary purpose to keep water moving, it is easy to maintain, and I think the moving water makes bird bath more attractive to birds. I love watching them perch on edge, take a sip, take a look around then jump in for a bath! My bird bath is quite the busy place these days which makes me appreciate this product very much! And no mosquitoes breeding in it—which says a lot when you live in Florida. ��
