Made from prime pork meat of shoulder and leg meat.It is a Low-histamine product, frozen within 48hrs of slaughter, so can be enjoyed by those with histamine sensitivity.From our Oxford Sandy and Black pigs, that spent their life foraging in our woodland, eating greens, berries, nuts and mushrooms, and were supplemented twice daily with organic, non-GM feed.As an organic farm, we don’t use medicines or vaccinations in our livestock.
