Great for roasting, juicing and eating raw, with delightful deep orange toned skin and flesh with a lighter core compared to other carrots. Chantenay holds itself well with a wide top and tapering as it gets to the bottom some people call it a chunky carrot others call it a delight with a crisp flavour of delicate and tender carrot.
