Description Single Flute Insert Router Bit Straight Single Flute Insert Bit with constant cutting circle. Mini reversible insert knife with abrasion resistance carbide grade. The insert has a cross-groove to insure perfect position and avoid any slipping during the cutting operation. 14mm diameter and above will ramp-plunge only.  Diameters up to 1/2″ can plunge straight down. For general routing operations such as grooving, jointing rebating in hardwood and various wood composite materials.  For high-wear applications, please select cutters with high-density body material, designated by “HD” following the part number. This insert style router bit is a great choice for routing operations where lower feed rate (150-200″) is acceptable and surface finish not hugely critical.  The reversible replacement knives are low cost and offer an excellent solution for economic routing.
