Straight And Shear Cut Stackable Jointing Cutter Heads

Series 4505, 4535 (with shear) Application:  Jointing cutters are available in various standard sizes (80, 100 and 125mm diameter) and suitable for use in both soft and hardwoods as well as all types (coated/uncoated) wood composite panels.  For use on shapers and moulders, these cutters can also be used on CNC machining centers with an appropriate arbor adapter.   Cutter heads are steel body with reversible solid carbide insert knives which guarantee constant diameter and very economical setup and machining cost!  ( /- $10 a cycle)!  Can be used in both manual and automatic feed machines.  Standard execution is 4-wing design and either axial straight or shearing cutting edges depending on need.
