Adjustable Insert Grooving Cutter (for Shapers/Moulders etc.)

Series 4-538 & 4-546 Adjustable insert grooving cutters are available in 160 and 180mm with kerf ranges of 4-7.5mm, 4-15mm (4-538)  and 8-15mm and 12.6-24mm (4-546) respectively. Constructed of a two-piece interlocking steel body, spacers are used to adjust the width of cut.  The spacers come in 0.1mm increments and a set is supplied with the cutter.  This tool design uses reversible carbide insert knives for quick replacement when dull, and a guarantee of constant diameter and kerf.  Can be used on CNC machine with corresponding arbor adapter.
