Excision Bandsaw Blade Tension Meter

The Excision tension meter is the easiest way to measure and check the tension of your bandsaw blade. Calibrating your bandsaw blade tension with ease and precision, will give you optimal blade life whilst not putting your machine at risk of long term damage due to over-tensioning. The tension meter is designed for bandsaw blades from 6mm to 80mm width and thickness of 0.5mm to 1.6mm blades. The Excision tension meter is very easy to use: simply attach to bandsaw blade (whilst no tension is applied), set gauge at ‘0’, then start applying tension and watch the gauge until the correct tension is applied.
