Gear Rack Motor Mount Plate

Robust, versatile and modular.  This Gear Rack Motor Mount Plate is a versatile motor plate compatible with our NEMA 23 standard torque and NEMA 23 High Torque motors. We currently use this model for our innovative Ox-Gear CNC machine, which allows long lengths travelling without “bumps”. Specifications: Material: 6063-T6 Aluminium Finish:  Black Anodized Finish Thickness 10mm.   Pro Tips: When you need a robust system where the motor shouldn’t be vibrating, use this plate with M5 screws and Sliding T-nuts to attach it to your V-Slot extrusion. To use this plate as a pinion use a Thrust bearing with M5 screws. Credits/Source: The Gear Rack Motor Mount Plate was designed by Steven of Maker Store. Steven originally designed this plate to allow for a gear rack and pinion transmission system on the Ox-Gear CNC machine on the Y-Axis. However, we have found many useful applications since it makes it possible to travel long lengths.
