Our food-grade and temperature resistant drying sheets, for use with the Excalibur Dehydrators, are great for holding liquids for fruit leathers, sticky foods, or small items that might fall through the shelves.  They are expertly designed for use with liquids or high water content produce. All our drying sheets are BPA-FREE. Super flexible non-stick sheets for fruit leathers, rollups, taffies, crackers and much more… Easy to clean and reusable for years. Use for both dehydrating and baking, they make excellent cookie sheet liners.There are 2 different brands available:  ParaFlexx & LUBA Non-Stick Teflon Coated.  There are no right or wrong choices. Our Teflon Coated Non-Stick sheets can also be used for baking, roasting, and as a non-stick surface.  Great for making Biscuits, Tuile Biscuits, Brandy Snaps and many other things, no fat, oil or grease is required.  They are very easy to clean and provide a non-stick surface for produce, reducing the effort required to remove ingredients from trays.Available in two versions: T3 – Thin T6 – Standard Thickness ParaFlexx SheetsFrom our experience they are no better than the T3 or T6 sheets available. The higher price is simply down to the Logo being printed on the material.
