This birdbath seems to have a good glaze, as good as others that have lasted several years. Its color, appearance, and size were the best I could find locally and online. It is in fact 24 inches tall with a 17 inch diameter bowl. One thing to remember is that freezing weather will crack and ruin any ceramic birdbath. That is why I had to buy this new one.
