Carving Wax Slices

Description This wax is most suited to produce a variety of finely detailed shapes. Very compatible for creating designs, as it can be sawn, carved and shaped either by hand or machine. Each 1 lb slice assortment contains 17 pieces measuring 1-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ and sliced in the following thicknesses: 1.00″ (25.4mm) – 1pc 0.700″ (17.8mm) – 3pc 0.280″ (7.1mm) – 4pc 0.190″ (4.8mm) – 5pc 0.140″ (3.6mm) – 4pc Hardness: Green: A very hard wax, it can’t be flexed. Ideal for sharp edges and for intricate carvings and delicate engraving. Blue: Less hard and more flexible than green. Good for rounded surfaces and less intricate designs.
