PRE COATED POLYSTYRENE PANEL 2400 x 1200 x 50mm (M GRADE) Pre-order item – approx. 2 weeks manufacture time Pre-coated expanded polystyrene (EPS) panel designed for use within a rendered wall cladding system. ⚠️ These panels are not a finished surface.They must be installed and finished with additional render and texture coatings in accordance with the Insulcon installation specifications. Manufactured in Australia, M Grade EPS provides excellent thermal performance, high strength-to-weight ratio and low moisture absorbency. Lightweight and durable, these panels are suitable for use on timber and steel stud wall construction. EPS polystyrene fire properties Manufactured from fire-retardant raw material. When correctly installed, EPS does not present a fire hazard under normal conditions. Like other organic materials, polystyrene will burn if exposed to flame but will self-extinguish once the ignition source is removed. Environmental properties No ozone-depleting or CFC gases are produced during manufacture. EPS delivers long-term energy efficiency benefits, significantly reducing heating and cooling demands over the life of a building.
